Hello Les,

I have learned virtually everything I've found out about the afterlife through the direct-voice mediums' séance recordings. The reason is that they are the voices of the actual people in the afterlife talking. Whatever I hear must square with what they've said.

Borgia's descriptions are accurate when compared with these testimonies. The "dark lands" or "lower levels" match what others have described. People there are not being punished, however. They are not in a hell. They are in a condition of their own choosing. When someone's thoughts are of mischief, cruelty, and violence, they are on a very low level spiritually. They will live in a region with others who think similarly, that is created by their own thoughts and attitudes. The darkness reflects their spiritual darkness. They have created it by their thoughts. They can raise themselves from it just by changing their attitudes.

But it is in no way a hell; they are not being judged or punished. Just as a person can get up in the morning cheerful or gloomy, and that cheer or gloom creates the feelings they have during the day, people on the next planes of life find themselves in conditions that fit their thoughts and attitudes. At the lowest levels, there are people who are selfish and cruel enough to continue to seek to impede humankind's progress and to torment individuals on the Earth plane. It isn't very pretty. Eventually, they'll grow out of it and progress spiritually.

But it doesn't match what the church says. There is no judgment; there is no place of torment; there are no fires and demons; there is no everlasting sentence that will keep them at the lower levels. They just never existed.

Love and peace, Craig
