Where are souls located?

Dear Craig,

Hello. There is a question to which I haven't found a exact answer. Please take out some time to answer this.
As I understand there is no time on the other side... there are no days and no nights. Those on the other side are in different dimension and different frequency, but are not far off ....as if they have just switched the room. Am I right?

1. But is there any location - distance wise where souls are located - I mean some particular distance from earth - where their original home is , and they keep visiting on and off?
2. I have learnt that other side is very beautiful - flora and fauna...then where is the location of that?
3. Like we miss our loved ones day and night... like in morning we miss them when we have a cup of tea, then if whether is good we miss them, some happy occasion we miss them, some sad occasion we miss them, when we do some achievement we miss them.....is it the same with them?
