Let me start by saying that what you had was a wonderful experience that didn't involve your body. You were outside of your body in the real environment that our minds inhabit.

I'm certain you were given a unique experience. Here are some things you'd be interested in knowing. Charles Tart did an experiment in which he had two students hypnotize each other, and in that hypnotized state, with their eyes closed, the two went off together to a beautiful place where they conversed and had experiences. After the session, they shared what had happened, and it was true that they described the same place and events.

Those who have spoken in Leslie Flint seances also tell us that when we sleep, we do go to the place where our deceased loved ones are, outside of our bodies, but we don't remember the visits. That means your grandmother, theoretically, although very much alive, could have gone out of body to the granddaughter she loves during one of these sleep events, and not have recalled it.

Also, we know that the mind, soul, spirit, or consciousness, that we are on the Earth plane is just a part of who we are in eternity. Some call the greater person the higher self. It's very possible that your higher self and your grandmother's higher self were having a glass of orange juice together, and you as who you are in this life experienced it.

Whatever the explanation, don't doubt it. If it felt real to you, then it was real. We have been taught to doubt our inner self, sentiments, and experiences. That's very unfortunate. It has resulted in a disenchantment of the world and a separation of our Earth self from the greater self we are. We don't let in the inner experiences of communication with deceased loved ones, intuitions about ourselves and the future, and the joys that can come from experiencing and knowing things that aren't in the immediate physical realm. Let yourself feel and enjoy a real experience you had that was wonderful. It certainly was worth more than any amount of wealth on the Earth plane. You couldn't buy it.

Just believe in it and enjoy it. Something remarkable happened to you and your grandmother on that night.
