I've read (from Concetta Bertoldi and others), that since spirits are energy, then we can communicate with them using our thoughts. I hope this is true, because I feel silly talking to empty air. From your experience with people on the other planes, is it true that our loved ones can hear the thoughts we direct to them? Thanks!
