I'm new to this forum, and very happy to have found this wonderful website.
About a year ago I had experience something that I think might be an Astral Projection experience, if not an NDE.
I was sleeping in my bed when I suddenly woke up early at about 5a.m. I was half awake, and faced my pillow. I began feeling myself floating out of my body, while SEEING myself sleeping, without an ability to move. I felt drawn upwards, towards a tunnel of white light (yes, like the one they show in the movies...). While I felt no real fear, I kept having another voice in my head encouraging me not to go further, because somehow I knew that this was a one way ticket thing.
I battled myself for sometime (which seemed like a long time, but the whole thing took only a few seconds I imagine), and managed to wake my self up.
I was very shaken by that experienced for a while, and still trying to figure out what it means.
I appreciate your insight on this ordeal.
