What I mean is --The individual "soul" that appears to us in an ADC: do they represent a sufficiently "advanced" soul that no longer needs to incarnate (if it chooses not to)?
In other words, I'm assuming some souls have no choice but to (re)incarnate; i.e. they have not progressed enough to be able to join the next higher sphere in their Afterlife. If that's true, then the idea I'm playing with is that it is those souls who are not able/allowed to communicate with us on this side of things.
And so, while I was playing with that idea, the question struck me: does a soul have to be sufficiently advanced (ready to move on) to be able to communicate with us in an ADC? And thus, is that soul done reincarnating?
I understand that "advanced souls" or "old souls" can still choose to incarnate for whatever reason. But my question here deals with the ones who may be "stuck in a cycle of incarnation", ala the Gnostics, et al.
Thanks.
