Hi Ron,

Let me give you another perspective. The Earth plane is just another spiritual plane. It’s really a misunderstanding to refer to the Earth plane as the basis or home base for the individual’s reality and the next planes the person experiences as the afterlife or spiritual realm. The Earth plane is just another spiritual plane. And so “reincarnate” isn’t really an accurate term. It invests too much importance in the Earth plane, as though it’s the primary existence and the others are somehow ethereal or vaporous. The Earth plane is just another spiritual plane. We are in the spirit world.

And so, a better word than “reincarnate” is “transition.” We transition into any of millions of planes and spheres of existence to grow spiritually. When we finish one experience on a plane, we review how we did and what we learned and may choose to transition into another plane. Among those, we may choose to transition back to the Earth spiritual plane, but we may choose any of the other planes as well.

However, what I’ve heard spoken through physical mediums by those who describe their lives on the next planes is that most people will keep transitioning back to the Earth plane until we’ve learned all the lessons the Earth plane can teach. This is a crucible, in which people of different spiritual levels intermingle and have experiences together. Our soul group, those who are learning lessons with us, may transition back to the Earth plane because there’s something we need to learn together: trust, love, compassion, humility, patience, servanthood, forgiveness, and any of the other spiritual truths that we grow into through experiences. When we’ve used the Earth plane until it can’t teach us anything more, we’ll transition into other, more advanced planes. We can’t even envision them, however, because we’re so far from those levels of spiritual development now.

We make the choices about what experiences we’ll go through on whatever planes to grow spiritually.

You wrote, “The individual "soul" that appears to us in an ADC: do they represent a sufficiently "advanced" soul that no longer needs to incarnate (if it chooses not to)?”

No, those who are able to communicate are from the planes whose vibrations are closer to the Earth vibration. They also have a tie to the Earth, such as a loved one.

You wrote, “I'm assuming some souls have no choice but to (re)incarnate; i.e. they have not progressed enough to be able to join the next higher sphere in their Afterlife.”

That’s actually not true. Some people return to the Earth plane immediately if they are spiritually impoverished and haven’t learned any lessons on the Earth plane, but they are decidedly in the minority. For all the rest of the individuals in the universe of spiritual planes, we choose where to go for our growth experiences. Some do choose to return to the Earth spiritual plane for one of three reasons: to learn lessons themselves, usually as a soul group; to help another or others learn; or to help humanity in general to advance spiritually. But they make the decision to do so themselves; no one makes them transition into any plane of eternal life.

You wrote, “does a soul have to be sufficiently advanced (ready to move on) to be able to communicate with us in an ADC? And thus, is that soul done reincarnating?”

Those on the other planes of life similar in vibration to the Earth plane have communication with us, but we don’t understand how, and why some can but others can’t. For example, we have many accounts of people appearing at the moment of their death to loved ones in distant places, to tell them what has happened. We have other accounts of people coming to loved ones on the Earth plane in full substance, walking around and talking, then disappearing. We know that in Induced After-Death Communications and Guided Afterlife Connections, a facilitator can help any person come to an open, receptive mental state that allows those on the other planes of life to communicate with them vividly. We don’t know why it happens, though.

In other words, anyone on the other planes of life might communicate, but most are not able to do so easily, so they can’t get through, just as we can’t simply decide to communicate with them and get through. But we have no idea why some people are given the opportunity and others aren’t.

You wrote, “I understand that "advanced souls" or "old souls" can still choose to incarnate for whatever reason. But my question here deals with the ones who may be "stuck in a cycle of incarnation", ala the Gnostics, et al.”

Everyone can choose to live on any plane as part of their spiritual growth through eternity. Our choice shows our spiritual development. If we’re interested enough to enter into an experience to learn a lesson, that shows we’re at a higher spiritual level; someone at a lower level wouldn’t try to learn the lessons.

So what all this means is that we’re able to enter any of the millions of planes and spheres to continue our spiritual growth. We make the choice.

Love and peace, Craig
