Hope you have time for one more in addition to my last thread...

I've been speculating about why some more than others of our deceased loved ones seem to be either more willing or more capable of communicating with those of us on this "side" of things.

I understand that there are multiple variables that go into a successful communication -- including the receptivity abilities/levels of those of us on this side, and the spiritual level/evolution of those on *that* side. But assuming for the sake of argument variables that only have to do with the deceased, my question is:

Might a lack of communication from a particular loved one be due to their soul already having reincarnated? I.e. they're "out of the office", so to speak, and not available for spirit communication.
