We really don't know why some people can communicate and others can't. We do know that virtually all people on the other side have difficulty getting through. We also know that in the Guided Afterlife Connections Rochelle Wright is doing, the deceased loved ones always come through. It appears that the burden is much on us, on this side of life, than it is on them. We seem to be able to manipulate the mind and the universe to make communication possible much more than they can.

As to reincarnation, I have never heard of a person not being able to come through because they have reincarnated. We have hundreds of accounts from spontaneous ADCs, near-death experiences, deathbed visitations, hypnotic encounters, induced after-death communication, Guided Afterlife Connections, physical mediums, mental mediums, and trance mediums, and I have never heard of someone saying the person we're trying to contact has reincarnated and isn't available.

There are different reasons. It appears that they stay on planes not far from the Earth plane until all their loved ones are there and they're forgotten by succeeding generations. It appears that many, most, or even perhaps all of the incarnations are in soul groups, so the group would stay available until everyone had crossed over who knew and cared about the person; then the soul group would incarnate again.

Another explanation is what we've heard from a number of sources on the other side. Our individual self in an incarnation is like a hand we're dealt, but the rest of the deck of cards is the higher self that embodies all of the incarnations and memories. That individual we are who is always alive and well could have another hand being played in an incarnation.

Another explanation is our conception of time. We see sunrise, sunset, sunrise, sunset. However, that's only a characteristic of this limited Earth incarnation. When we're released from it, there is no time, so "when" we incarnate isn't meaningful. There is no "when." So we are right now playing out our lives on this vibration, but could potentially be playing out a life on another vibration. We just don't understand timeliness and spacelessness.

Suffice it to say that I've never heard of anyone being unavailable because they're reincarnated.
