Hello Carlos,You asked, "Well, is it possible that we, as well as animals, are here because we were not well evolved mentally to make the right choice, and therefore, were pushed into this existence by some misfortune or against our will?" No. We are not pushed or forced into anything. And animals are in the physical realm because they are part of our lives. We, in other words, give them life. And on the next plane of life, animals we love are there because we love them. They don't have a consciousness independent of us. You wrote, "Who, in the right mind would choose to incarnate in such a degraded, bloody world, if supposedly there are myriads of much better existences to live?"
Our perspective right now, on the Earth plane, is very focused on our physical lives. That's as it must be. It is much like looking at the planet Earth from outer space and from where we stand. The globe we live on is 10 times smoother than a billiard ball, which we regard as very smooth. It seems to be without roughness. However, as we stand on the globe, we see huge mountains, deep canyons, tempestuous oceans, and cliffs we could fall from. Our eternal lives are much like that. We are in the crucible of the Earth plane now, struggling with issues, feeling sorrow and loss, seeing cruelty, and feeling all the suffering we associate with the Earth plane. It is like standing on the Earth globe that has immense mountains and cliffs over which we could fall to our deaths. However, in eternity, our life struggles are only small parts of what we experience. This life is a brief interlude. In the crucible of this life, we struggle and overcome obstacles. We learn to love and be sensitive. The struggles help us grow beyond whom we are, adding to the maturity of our eternal selves. Looking at this life as just a small part of our eternal lives is like seeing the Earth globe from outer space. It then is smooth and perfect. The perspective is different. If we had no challenges and struggles to overcome, we would never grow spiritually. The people who are most difficult to reach are those who have power and wealth. They're successful in the physical realm, so they have no thought of or interest in the spiritual. They don't have to grow spiritually. Eventually, of course, they will, but not until they face tragedy and struggle that forces them out of their complacency. It may be in this incarnation, but may not. The struggles are necessary for our growth in eternity. I do have to also say this, though. All of the suffering people experience on this Earth plane vibration are man made. It may seem unfair that we, as individuals, must be subject to the society and existence that our forefathers gave to us, and that is full of struggle and suffering. However, we are active parts of humankind as well as individuals. We are shaping this reality. The suffering we experience is a result of what humankind is now. We incarnated into this vibration or history of the Earth plane because these struggles are necessary for lessons we need to learn. We chose it. However, as we grow and help to change the Earth plane, we are growing society and growing a new Earth. That new society and Earth, more loving, caring, and compassionate, is in the "future." We may incarnate into that future later, to learn lessons on that different vibration. We are preparing it by whom we are now and what we do in this period of the Earth plane. But we are preparing it for ourselves when we are ready to use the spiritually mature Earth plane to learn lessons that unique plane can teach. Love and peace, Craig
