Actually, we know quite a bit about the plane that people are in that is after the Earth plane. It certainly is true that the people there just people, like us, with their own perceptions and their own mistaken impressions. However, they do describe where they are living and how they are living. They also have understandings from communicating with others who are on higher planes that we don't have.

I have heard nothing from those on that next plane to suggest that animals have souls that exist eternally independent of the people who love them, and nothing to suggest that people incarnate as animals, then humans. I have heard more than once from people there saying that animals continue to have a presence because we love them.
