Hello Carlos,

I don't use the term "soul." It isn't meaningful. I use "mind," "consciousness," and "self." We know what they are because that's what we are. The self is an individual self, that we're experiencing on the Earth plane. The Higher Self, that includes all of the selves we've been, is one with all other selves and the Higher Power, and survives throughout eternity. Beyond that, we can't really say what the Higher Self is, except that it is us, and the self we are on the Earth plane is part of that Higher Self.
