Hi Christina,Let your life be filled with communication, from your loved one, your guides, your other family who are on the other side. They do communicate with you, more than you know. They inspire you and help you and give you love and comfort when you need it. Don't question anything that comes to you that you believe might be from the other side. Just accept it warmly, with love. Say "Thank you for that touch," and go on. Any communication you engage in that involves your loved one is either a loving message to that person or a loving message from that person. A ringing in the ear could be tinnitus, but it could be your loved one. Just accept it with a warm loving, "Thank you if that's you." If it was tinnitus, your loved one will still get that warm loving message. Those on the other side receive our love, warmth, and caring words wherever they are. Perhaps, knowing you're reacting to that, your loved one may try giving you a ringing in your ear. Let your life be enchanted. We have disenchanted the world. We've demanded that everything be objective, verifiable, and certain. If we don't have proof, we dismiss it. Instead, we should turn that around: assume that everything is warm, loving, and filled with messages--the world is enchanted. We should be surprised if it came from some other source. Don't worry whether something is a message. Accept everything as a message from your loved one to you or from you to your loved one. Just keep the communication open. Love and peace, Craig
